At short analysing problem and subsequently fitting a new RCD switch spur
Rapid response by Sean (found from checkatrade) following my identification of a problem. Initially he was prepared to offer advice on what I could do over the phone (at no cost). When the problem was found to require his presence he came round within a few hours. He was courteous, friendly and happy to advise on a friendly basis another problem which I was looking into.
